To support our TONIC. team, we are looking for a Sales oriented Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities
- Establish, maintain, and develop partner and client relationships on an international level
- Identify and qualify new leads, with the aim of converting them into long-term publishers
- Manage contract negotiations from qualification to execution, taking direct responsibility for defining revenue targets
- Strategize and develop solutions to maximize client revenue
- Data oriented analysis of customer performance
- Continual optimization of internal processes at TONIC.
- Work with our Product Management team in order to communicate publisher feedback and play an active role in developing the future of our product
- Be the face of TONIC. at international events and conferences
Our requirements
- Interest in ad-tech, basic technical understanding, analytical skills and keen interest in technical innovation
- A university degree with focus on business studies, marketing, advertising, media studies, computer science or comparable education
- Ability to work independently
- At least two years of professional experience in the media industry (digital sector) - ideally on the marketer, publisher or agency level
- Confidence in business negotiations, pro-active mindset, and high attention to detail
- Professional written and spoken proficiency in English. German skills are a plus
- Domains, IP addresses, user agents and APIs are not unfamiliar terms for you
- Strong customer focus and a friendly demeanour
- Excellent Excel-knowledge and experience with data analytics
- Ability to clearly present our product to prospective publishers and partners at international events and conferences
